Al Franken sending Jeff Sessions letter "to have him explain himself"

When asked this morning on CNN about Attorney General Jeff Sessions' lie regarding his communication with Russia, Sen. Al Franken was generous. "At the very least, this was extremely misleading." Franken also said, "During the campaign, he made a bald statement that he had not met with the Russians. That's not true."

Franken will be sending Sessions a letter "to have him explain himself."
