Oof, these (sexist, racist, tobacco-filled) ads certainly wouldn't fly today. Yet, while we can see they are obviously inappropriate nowadays, it really wasn't that long ago that these commercials were deemed ok to air on television! Watch'em and cringe.
Stuff like this always makes me wonder, what do we have in our modern-day world that will look ridiculous and old-fashioned in the not-so-distant future? (A lot of things, I'm guessing.)
