Rudy Giuliani slurs a tweet attacking Nancy Pelosi for hoaxed slurring

What is going on.

This appears to be a slurred tweet from Rudy Giuliani piling on to the attack on Nancy Pelosi. Yesterday, Trump and his party circulated a badly produced fake video that purported to show the Democratic leader slurring her words, in response to Pelosi's call for an 'intervention' for Trump.
