Democratic party candidate Amy Klobuchar is quitting the race after failing to capitalize on a surprise third-place finish in the New Hampshare primary. With Joe Biden's strong showing in North Carolina, the senator for Minnesota joins Pete Buttigieg in yielding the center. According to CBS News, Klobuchar will endose Biden at a rally this evening in Texas.
