Dallas Halloween decorations prompt multiple police visits

Dallas resident Steven Novak decorated his lawn for Halloween and some of his neighbors think it's a bit much. Jamie Vahala at the Dallas Observer:

Novak's decorations have brought the police to his house multiple times. "Neighbors told me cop cars were in front of my house a lot during the day," he says.
