Police chief paid $50 to woman to rape minor relative of hers, say feds. She's convicted and he's facing trial.

Kristen Naylor-Legg was paid $50 to bring a 17-year-old relative to Larry Allen Clay Jr, then the police chief of Gauley Bridge, so that he could rape her, say prosecutors in West Virginia.
