Colluding with foreigners to influence an election is a crime

In this video Delaware Senator Chris Coons reads the U.S. code that plainly says it is unlawful for a person to accept anything of value from a foreign national in connection with a federal, state, or local election.

Trump and his lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, who have both declared that "collusion is not a crime," are either lying or dazed and confused. Probably both.
