This traditional Japanese wind chime is the perfect background noise

A fuurin is a traditional Japanese wind chime, usually bell-shaped with a clapper that allows a paper windcatcher to be attached. The one above is a suzumushi, or singing cricket, but they come in a number of animal shapes, like this goldfish:
