Watch vehicle width restrictors on road cause crash after crash because people are bad judges of their vehicle's width

The town of Watford, England installed width restrictor poles to prevent wide trucks from traveling in a particular lane. Unfortunately, the lane is quite narrow and, well, people tend to underestimate the widths of their own vehicles.
